Where can I place my order?
All orders are made exclusively through our website. We do not accept orders via direct messages or other channels.
What is your payment deadline?
Payments must be settled within 24 hours of checkout. Orders that remain unpaid after this period will be automatically cancelled.
How long does it take to confirm my payment?
Payment confirmation may take up to 2 days. You’ll receive a message once your order has been verified.
Do real pearls have marks?
Yes. Genuine pearls naturally develop tiny marks, ridges, or slight variations in shape and luster. These are not flaws but proof of their authenticity, as each pearl is formed layer by layer inside the oyster. Perfectly smooth pearls are extremely rare and highly valued.
How long is the production time?
For made-to-order or custom pieces usually take 7–14 days to produce, excluding shipping time. Should there be any delays, we will notify you promptly.
What are the available shipping options?
Metro Manila orders are delivered via personal courier, while provincial orders are shipped through J&T Express. Shipping is scheduled from Monday to Friday only; weekends and holidays are not counted. Rest assured, we’ll send updates regarding your package.
* Metro Manila deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 days after your order has been handed over to the courier.
* Provincial deliveries usually arrive within 5–7 days, depending on the courier’s schedule.
What are your payment methods?
We currently accept payments via BPI Bank Transfer only. Please note that confirmation of payment may take up to 2 days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Once the item has been used or worn, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges. Please note that we also do not accept reasons such as change of mind or if the item was not to your personal preference.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
How does the box packaging work?
Each box can fit up to 3 items only, with one box per paper bag. We recommend keeping a maximum of 3 items inside so the packaging doesn’t look crowded and your pieces are beautifully presented.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
At the moment, we do not offer worldwide shipping. We currently ship within the Philippines only.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We currently do not offer same-day delivery. All orders follow our standard processing and shipping schedule to ensure the safe and careful handling of your Pearlita pieces.
